Created as my 2021 Graduation Thesis from my Photography and Related Media Bachelor's Degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology, You Can Watch Me Sleeping is a long-form performance of me sleeping in my apartment in Queens, New York. Being in quarantine during the Covid-19 Pandemic, led me to seek solace and intimacy in online networks. Craigslist forms, watching Mukbangs while eating, and ASMR while I slept. You Can Watch Me Sleeping was created as a way to invoke that sense of intimacy. 

Shortly after the livestream was published on YouTube, the video was circulated in online sleeping kink forums. The performance lived on long after I had completed it. Comments flooded the comment section requesting more and different videos. My favourite reading: “This video felt like a sleepover, it felt so nice sleeping next to you.”
